Ruwco History

Ruwco Oil and Gas Corp. is an oil and gas operating Company owned and managed by John W. Ruwwe, Jr.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology degree from Texas Christian University, graduating in 1984. John provides geologic support in prospect generation/evaluation as well as wellsite work while drilling through main pay objectives.

Formed in 1988, Ruwco has drilled over fifty-five (55) wells in seven different counties, all in Texas with a greater than sixty-three percent (>63%) completion rate.

Ruwco and its partners have drilled predominantly on 3-D seismic defined prospects. The prospects are internally generated or joint ventured with other like-minded industry partners.

Ruwco's Two Core Areas Include:

• The Horseshoe Atoll Canyon Reef apron trend of Scurry, Howard and Borden Counties;

The Pennsylvanian System (Canyon and Strawn) of Schleicher and Tom Green Counties, TX.
